Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day of receipt of payment Monday – Friday. This does not include bank holidays. If circumstances warrant, we will always advise, as to how much longer the orders will take if there is any delay.

Orders under £30.00 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class at a cost of £1.95 - please allow 1-2 working days. Orders over £30.00 will be sent postage free via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days. This does not apply for overseas orders.
Returns Process
At ADVape, we do everything possible to make your experience trouble free. However, occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are at fault, we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and helpful customer service, so if there is a problem please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help. If you are thinking of returning products, please let us know first by emailing us at admin@advape.co.uk.

When returning items to us, please include the following information:

Date of Purchase
Invoice/Order Number
You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the item within 30 days of us receiving the item.
While we are happy to refund any unwanted, unused items, unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage.
